While working as a manager at the Lincolnshire Arms hotel I employed Natalie Jay for over a period of three years as an entertainment act. During this time I found Natalie to be very professional in all aspects of her work in providing clientele with and enjoyable live act to listen too.
Apart from having a very large repertoire of songs to choose from on any given evening, which enabled her to reach a broad audience, Natalie was very engaging with the audience singing many requests and on many occasions getting audience members to join her on stage to sing with her.
Natalie has exceptional communication skills with a fantastic sense of humour that allows for her to get the audience actively involved with her shows.
Natalie and I have remained firm friends over the last ten years and while I am now longer involved in the hospitality industry I still go along to see Natalie sing at venues and immensely enjoy these evenings.
In particular Natalie’s hosting of Karaoke shows showcase her skills as an entertainer with large audiences of both contestants and viewers showing up to these shows which are very lively and entertaining.

I had the pleasure of hiring 80’S R US  for my 50th Birthday, after seeing them live at the Harp Hotel in Kew. To Nat and the gang I want to congratulate you for a most memorable evening. You both were fantastic from your 1st song till the last  the dance floor was full, people were singing along and the atmosphere was electric, you had everyone engaged with every number played. The response from my family and friends is what made my night, with quite a few of them wanting your card and asking where you play.
Nat again thanks for making this my BEST BIRTHDAY EVER, it was simply an amazing night which I’ll find hard to top.
Nat met all my requirements before, during and after the night, I can’t speak more highly about her professional manner in all ways.  People are still buzzing over my birthday that night, largely thanks to the band.

WOW, what can I say!
I cannot speak highly enough of 80’s R Us who played at our joint 40^th  birthday party.
They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to any prospective clients. Their performance, professionalism and friendliness were second to none.
My girlfriend Jenny and I cannot wipe the smiles off our faces. Our guests did not get off the dance floor!
My partner said at one point during the night that he looked at the crowd and everyone had their hands up in the air.
Another girlfriend quoted  “You can always tell a good party when at the end of the night the whole crowd is in a circle dancing”.

Natalie was a stranger to me when I booked her, through recommendation, for the first time as “The Jay Factor”
She completely won me over at this gig. She met my crowd, talked to them, found out personal meanings to songs then went on to portray this with her song choices.
I was a VERY difficult client, a perfectionist. She handled me like the pro she is. The entertainment made that night the night it was.

Tint a Car booked Natalie Jay’s “Jay Factor” for the business 40th birthday celebrations in 2012.
We ran a themed 70s party which Natalie totally embraced from the bands costumes to song choices.
The dance floor was full all night and her energy was amazing . Great voice, great songs and she was a great fit for our business.
